This public offer defines the terms for using TheraSite AI, a digital SaaS platform that provides access to an AI-assisted website builder for psychologists and practicing coaches.

1. Service

The service includes account access, payment-protected dashboard, AI website generation tools, generated public website pages, booking/contact form infrastructure and related SaaS features.

2. Paid access

Access to the generator is available only after paid activation. The localized price is selected automatically by country/language configuration in config/app.php and is passed to the payment provider as amount and currency.

3. Immediate digital delivery and no refund after generation starts

By paying and starting generation, the user gives explicit consent to immediate delivery of digital content and activation of AI functions. The user confirms that after the first generation request, digital resources and AI tokens are consumed, and the right to cancel the service and request a refund for that delivered digital content is lost.

If the first generated text, layout or structure does not fully match expectations, the service provides editing and regeneration options instead of refund after digital delivery has started.

4. Before generation starts

If payment was made but no access was activated and no generation request was started, support may review the case manually according to payment-provider rules, fraud checks and applicable law.

5. User responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of professional information, qualifications, public claims, legal notices, service descriptions and client-facing content published on their generated website.

6. AI limitations

AI-generated content may contain mistakes or require professional editing. The platform helps draft and structure a website, but the user must review the result before using it publicly.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

For billing questions, users should contact support first. The service may preserve logs of consent checkbox acceptance, payment order ID, callback status, account activation and generation events for dispute resolution.
